Privacy Statement
| We will never sell, share, give away or make available any information about anybody, of any nature, to anyone, period. The only exception would be if we were legally required to do so. |
| For each visitor to our website, our server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address. We collect the email address of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. We use this information to improve the content of our website, to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for our consumers and to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive email from our company. |
Returns
First and foremost, we want all of our customers to be happy with their shopping experience and their purchases. However, given that we are not yet a large national or multi-national department store we cannot allow the carte blanche return of items or orders. We know we cannot be all things to all people and we want you to know it as well, so with that being said, here are our policies on returns.

| Damaged or Defective Item(s) |
General Returns |
- If we are in error (i.e., wrong item or items, product was damaged upon receipt) we will gladly arrange a replacement or we will issue a refund. The final resolution is at our discretion and is solely dictated by product availability. In other words, if the item is still available you will receive a replacement, otherwise we'll issue a refund. Just give us a call within 7 days of receipt and we'll take care of the rest. After 7 days, we consider the sale final.
- If the product(s) was obviously damaged during shipping (i.e., a mangled box along with a mangled product) then you must file a claim with the expediter, i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

- ALL general returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.
- While we stress that you make sure of your color, print and/or size selections we do understand that mistakes are made and people unfortunately change their minds. As such we will arrange for a return within 7 days of receipt; however, a restocking fee will still be incurred. After 7 days, we consider the sale final.
- You MUST call to arrange this and you MUST be issued a Return Authorization Number.
- **If you return anything without a Return Authorization Number and/or to an incorrect return address your account will be charged an additional handling fee of 20% and the additional shipping charges for the item(s) to be sent back to you. Not all items can be sent back to their point of origin nor to our home office.

- ALL returned items MUST be unused and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to inspect all returns before final resolution. This isn't something we generally do, but sometimes we have to be as careful as you ... unfortunately.

Cancellations
| While we have a very short "wait window" built into our order process, we generally ship shelf stock very quickly and it does take time to make any "made per order" item, so please make sure of the colors, sizes and items you choose because once the order has been processed and-or shipped it cannot and will not be cancelled. |
Out of Stock Items & Back Orders
| We make great attempts at conveying any "Out of Stock" item as being Out of Stock to our consumer, however, we sometimes miss an item or two (for example, during the Christmas season). If this occurs and you order one of these products, we will notify you immediately and give you some options. One option is to select a different product, another would be to cancel that item or the order and receive a prompt refund and the last option is to place the item on Back Order. Back Orders are the result of manufacturer delays due to material availability or peak production times such as the holiday season. The wait time on Back Orders fluctuates greatly. We will ALWAYS notify you of any known significant delays and/or problems with fulfilling your order. |
Colors & Sizes
We make the fullest possible effort to provide precise colors for our products listed on our website and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot promise the "colors" viewed on your monitor will be a correct match to the actual material colors delivered. NOTE: We've experienced ZERO problems thus far with this issue.
Finished sizes for products are based on the information provided by our manufacturers. Sizes may vary depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Kozy Komfort by Karen and the manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material after purchase. Please read and adhere to all product care instructions. |
